15th March 2019 was an auspicious day at Labuan International School, where everyone gathered in the school auditorium to express their emotions as global citizens. The theme for this year’s speeches is Global Citizen: It’s State of Mind. The World Speech Day is an annual event in LIS as it helps the students to not only improve their English and the way they present themselves but also to overcome stage fright like most people have. This has been proof that most students who did present themselves in the World Speech Day have improved their grammar and most importantly, LEVELLED UP THEIR CONFIDENCE!
