TENDER NOTICE (CONTINUATION)
This is to notify the continuation of the tender (PESB/LIS/2021-T001) advertised in reference of:
“TO SUPPLY LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) TO LABUAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, LABUAN F.T”.
Due to the extension of MCO in Labuan F.T., the Facility Management Unit has extended the tender briefing and submission to another date from the original date mentioned to ensure the competitive tendering process applies.
1. Tenderers are invited from reputable, qualified consultant to supply Learning Management System and must be registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF) under field code 21: Supply and Services for Information Communication and Technology 210108 and 210110.
2. Interested Consultants must possess valid license issued by local authority such as Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia or any other relevant licenses.
3. A briefing will be held on 10th – 17th March 2021. However only Virtual Tender Briefing is allowed and prior appointment with ICT personnel is required. Kindly send an email to [email protected] to book for your appointment. Any relevant documents will be distributed via email to the tenderer.
4. Completed Tender proposal or Tender Document with a copy of company profile, the latest company bank statement and other relevant documents are to be submitted to Labuan International School no later than 12 PM at 31st March 2021. Any late submissions will not be considered. Pristine Era Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any delay or loss for submission via post.
